Above and beyond this, training at TRANSNORM can convey more specialized knowledge that is valuable for maintenance activities at the customers.
Our service technicians at our headquarters generally carry out training programs. This ensures that customer maintenance personnel are not distracted by continual interruptions arising from day-to-day business and are able to concentrate on the training material.
During training, in the first step, the theoretical foundations are established for setting up the conveyor technology components. In a second step, the service technician demonstrates typical service and maintenance tasks. Finally, the maintenance tasks are performed by the customers maintenance personnel. The service technicians stand by during the process with tips, assistance, and additional advice.
