Example showing a synchronised belt feed, 3 lines into 1
The example shows a merging solution that could be retro fitted into an existing box conveying system.
Two fixed TS 6500 powered belt deflectors are used on a TS 1300 tracked belt conveyor.
Product is metered into the merge by synchronising the speeds of the belt conveyors feeding it.
Optionally, a TS 8100 modular plastic belt can be fitted in place of the TS 1300 if a very low friction merge area is required.
