At TRANSNORM, students in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, economics and business management experience the daily business of our company close up. They participate actively in our projects, take over duties, and develop solutions to problems in teams. This enables you to apply and extend the theoretical knowledge acquired at university in practical situations and simultaneously get a glimpse behind the scenes at a potential future employer’s. In this manner you can gain a personal impression of the working climate and the corporate structure.

We offer you the opportunity to carry out basic and/or preliminary internships and practical semesters at our company. You can be assigned to our production department, where you will learn the fundamentals of manufacturing. Assignment to our design areas, sales, accounting, and customer service also opens up many possibilities for you to gain practical experience.

We are happy to support diploma theses in the fields of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, as well as projects within the framework of training as a state-certified technician.

Our personnel department handles coordination of internship contents, assignment areas and support during the internship. Depending on the specialist department, you will be integrated in the corresponding team and work with them on tasks that are due to be dealt with. When it comes to supporting diploma theses, we will pair you up with a mentor who will assist you with all questions and problems encountered for the duration of your work.
